This company is very professional and honest in their water leak survey. The water bill at our business started increasing beginning of this year and by June our water bill had doubled. We got the leak detection survey done by another company who told us that the water pipe running across our parking lot was broken and needed to be dug up and repaired. We called Portland Plumbing Plus to dig up and repair the water pipe, Portland Plumbing Plus did a second water leak survey and found that we did not have a leak in the pipe outside. After further survey of the building inside and out, they found that the problem was not a broken pipe but two of our toilets were not working right and dumping water down continuously without anyone using the toilets. Their plumbers fixed the problems in our toilets and advised us to call the office of Portland water bureau to report the leak has been fixed. Our water bill has returned close to normal and we saved thousands which would have been spent if they had dug up our parking lot to repair a pipe which was not even broken.
