Policy and Conditions - Plumbing Rates and Charges

1. Our hourly rate starts when we arrive at your house/job site and stops when the job is completed. We do not charge travel fee from our office to customers address, or from our plumbers location before dispatch to customers job location and we do not charge show-up/call-out fee to come out.

2. If a customer or whoever gives us access to job site Fails to be present on our arrival, our hourly rate will apply starting from the time we arrive to the time we leave.

Also, if the customer or whoever gives us access to job site shows up late, our hourly rate will start from the time when we arrived job site/customer's house.

4. Coupons are valid while offers last

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please be informed that any appointment cancelled Less Than 12 Hours before the time may* attract our hourly rate and/or material cost. If you must cancel or postpone an appointment, please call us well in advance of the scheduled appointment time - preferably 24 Hours before time.

*Note that if our truck is on the way to your house/job site before you cancel, we charge our hourly rate. And if materials for the job were purchased before cancellation, customer shall be responsible for materials cost.

Free Estimates Policy

We give free estimates: on phone, online and in person. However, for in person free estimate: if the customer or whoever gives us access to job site Fails to be present at appointment time or arrives 15 minutes late, our hourly rate will be charged. Note that estimates are just that "Estimates". Due to the dynamics of plumbing repairs and projects, sometimes estimates can be a little bit lower and sometimes a little bit higher than the price or hours quoted. Considering that we may run into unforeseen problems during the progress of work, please don't expect our estimates to be 100% accurate 100% of the time. But be assured that our plumbing rates and top quality services are unbeatable.

Additional Work/Change Orders:
We give upfront estimates/bids/quotes and are dedicated to fulfilling our obligations according to the terms of our agreement/contract with the customer. Please be informed that charges apply for additional work outside the scope of the original estimate, agreement or contract. Such additional work may be a rusted pipe hidden underneath another appliance or fixture which is only discovered in the course of the job execution. Such additional problem may affect job completion or result in a major disaster in the future, in which case a change order will be required and the customer is expected to pay additional charges for repairs or replacement as the case may be.
