We woke up with plumbing DISASTER! That day I found Portland Plumbing Plus Site(luckily). I came across the application for low income assistance for plumbing emergency. As I didn't have any clue how I was gonna pay for plumbing help...I put in my application that day. Next morning I check and found a reply already in my email. WOW! They informed me they'd be by ASAP...That they were! I had my DISASTER fixed before 9:30am!! AMAZING!! The rain caused storm drain to clog at our office and it started to flood the entire parking area. The rain continued after we closed and the office would have been flooded and properties damaged if I didn't stay back to get help. I  called a different plumbing company who came and snaked the storm drain but snaking didn't help , he called for a backup from his office and they sent another plumber with another hydro machine which still didn't work.
I called Portland Plumbing Plus and their plumber came out almost immediately and had the storm drain opened within 20 mins by snaking it with an industrial machine which looked more like the machine the other plumber first used without success. You can tell that this guy from Portland Plumbing Plus has some special skills with his machine, the rhythm and the way in which he tweaked the cable made the whole difference. He is without doubt the storm drain pro!

The plumber showed up within an hour of my call! I was amazed at how quickly he put new parts in the toilet tank and was able to fix my leaking shutoff valve. He went off to get some tubing that was needed, but found no one open, so he returned to finish up. He got everything working well. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. While I don't wish more plumbing problems, I will definitely call on Portland Plumbing Plus when they occur. Great service at a reasonable price...doesn't get better than that!

Portland Plumbing Plus restored our faith in plumbers. We hadn't had much luck with plumbers until we recently used the services of this company. We needed a bath tub and shower set put in the house we own in Vancouver, a tenant was moving in on Sunday and we needed the work done on Friday. Portland Plumbing Plus came out on our first call, finished the work quickly and price was way below what we had anticipated. And they completed the work satisfactorily without us being there. They also trusted us with a billing without any prior relationship, that blew us away. Although we had 7 days to mail their check, we put it in the mail that day because we wanted to use every way to show them how grateful we are. One more thing, their customer service is out of this world.

I had a great experience using PPP for my recent plumbing problem. The toilet clogged and stopped flushing on the Saturday I had friends coming over and Portland Plumbing Plus sent a plumber that came out almost immediately. I filled out the job order on their website and received approval within 5 minutes, within 30 minutes the plumber called and  said he was on his way. The problem was taken care of before my guests arrived, altogether within one hour from the time I ordered service to the time my toilet was unclogged. The plumber was so friendly and courteous, and my toilet now flushes better than I could remember.

My elderly, blind uncle lives in S.E. Portland. His bathtub drain was clogged, so I called a couple of places and arranged for a different plumber to come out two days before my visit from my home in California. The estimate was between $175-$275. I then found Portland Plumbing Plus online and asked for their estimate. What I nice surprise when they said they would unclog it for free! Bob, the founder, called first, then came right out on the day of my visit and fixed the bathtub drain in a jiffy. Bob of course was very professional throughout. It couldn't have been any easier. My uncle and I were so impressed that we are going to have them fix the hot water heater and a problem with the kitchen drain. We are so grateful for Portland Plumbing Plus and highly recommend them.

My brother has been without a sewer connection to his trailer for months and facing possible eviction. Bob responded quickly to our request for free service, came the next morning to connect my brother's trailer to the park sewer system -- all cheerfully and for free. He is a rare, good-hearted and truly giving person. We were at our wits' end and he came to the rescue.

In addition, he is connecting us with some guys who can fix things in my brother's trailer including replacing a missing door and broken windows.

We are forever grateful for his fixing this vexing problem. He got the job done, was extremely nice and didn't charge us at all.

I needed to replace a shower valve and was looking for a plumber with a reasonable quote for after-hours or Saturday appointment because of my work schedule, called Portland Plumbing Plus based on the good reviews and I must say the plumber that worked in my home exceeded my expectations. He was prompt, friendly and knew what he was doing. The price was also reasonable for an after-hours work. I would call them again if the need arises.

I had my toilet clogging constantly and couldn't clear it with a regular plunger and a toilet auger. Being a fairly good handy guy, I turned to the internet for more information for a fix. Found Portland Plumbing Plus company online and read many of their knowledgeable resources on plumbing problems and fixes. I ended up writing in my question because I could not still fix my toilet with a toilet auger and sewer water was starting to come into my house through the shower drain. It's unbelievable but true that a plumbing company would respond to my Do-It-Yourself question in such a timely manner as Portland Plumbing Plus did. The plumber who answered my question told me exactly what to do and where to go outside of my house to determine if the problem was from a backed up sewer line. His directions were accurate, almost like he was there at my house. I tried the test the plumber suggested which was in the following order- "go outside to your sewer clean-out and open the cap, then have someone flush your toilet while you observe the sewer clean-out. If water runs through, then sewer line is good, but if you see standing water then sewer line is backing up" So I had my wife flush toilet from a different bathroom and the drain outside had standing water. I knew then that my sewer line was backing up. After the problem was determined, this plumber didn't sell me any service, he only suggested I find a local plumber to fix the problem. I was like WOW!!! My dealing with this company made me feel like I was on a different planet, really, who goes out of their way to help strangers selflessly in this day and time? Well, I am in Portland, they are in Portland, why would I look for another local plumber. I had Portland Plumbing Plus come out the next day to fix the problem. My wife and I are highly impressed, we can't stop recommending them.  Please keep up the good work Portland Plumbing Plus

I just wanted to say that Bob and his company is the best , Bob really helped me and my son we didn't have hot water for three days and because we are low income I was afraid to call anyone because we couldn't afford to get anything done but thanks to Bob we now have hot water again and he did it free of charge we thank him from the bottom of are hearts, my son who is only 6 years old made him a thank you card and I hope he realizes how much it means to us

With guests coming for Chanukkah the next evening I decide to repair a small leak in the one toilet. After a lot of stress I wind up with severe leaking at each of my repairs, plus various bumps and bruises on my hands. I called Bob and he was over the next morning. Everyone this plumber is awesome! We had a severe bathtub plug which I rented a snake to fix. I've used a snake before and didn't know why I couldn't get it to unplug the bathtub. According to my mom, another neighbor told her neighbor about Portland Plumbing Plus. My mom has always had a plumbing problem which we
believed was typical of an old house until Bob and his men worked on the house.
So I had this irritating toilet problem which two different plumbers couldn't fix. When I flush my toilet, water over-flows in the house. The plumbers I called before Portland Plumbing Plus did a temporary fix cuz it took a few days for the problem to resurface. When my mom came visiting, she called Bob. After assessing the problem, he told me straight up that the problem was from my sump pump which he suspected was installed the wrong way.

Our kitchen drain clogged to a halt Sunday morning for reasons I cant explain . Considering how expensive it can be to call a plumber on Sunday, I tried some fix myself and got into even a bigger drain clog problems which affected many parts of our house even to the laundry room.
