Great Experience - Emergency Plumbing on Saturday

We had an emergency on a Saturday. The first person we called suggested we get a hotel room since it was the weekend and we'd pay through the nose to get someone out on the weekend. We called Bob. He was there in an hour and out within 90 minutes. We didn't pay much at all. He definitely salvaged our weekend.

I had a storm drain issue and hired a P3 plumber based off many good reviews I read online. When the plumber arrived I asked for an estimate which he didn't give upfront. He told me a storm drain problem could turn into something big and he'd want to start off at his hourly rate and see how goes. Well, he did fix my storm drain problem but the hours added up to a sum that I thought would have been lower if I got a flat quote from the beginning. The plumber was thoughtful enough to cut me a rebate there and then. I didn't ask for any discount but he saw the need for it and did the right thing. It shows his integrity and that's why I'm writing this review. He is a fair plumber. I'd definitely call p3 for any plumbing need.

We have 2 full bathrooms. Recently the hot water pressure in the two bathroom sinks has decreased. The shower in the one bathroom has no hot water pressure at all. Hot water pressure in the other shower is great. How can i improve the hot water pressure?
