Free Estimate Policies
* Portland Plumbing Plus gives free estimates via three means: Telephone, Online and In-person. However, if the customer fails to be present at job site or shows up 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time for a physical evaluation, we charge an hourly rate for the time wasted. Time is precious to you and to us, please let's make it count.
* We schedule free in-person estimates depending on the area we are working at on a particular day. This means that when we are working in your neighborhood, we are happy to stop by your house/business/property on our way to or from our current job to look at the plumbing problem or project and give a free estimate. If however a customer needs expedited estimate, our hourly rate will apply. So please, note that we charge our hourly rate for all requests of express in-person estimate.
* Note that in some cases, estimates may not be 100% accurate due to unforeseen problems that we may run into during the progress of work. But be assured that our plumbing rates and top quality services are unbeatable.
* We give upfront estimates/bids and are dedicated to fulfilling our obligations according to the terms of our agreement/contract with the customer. Please be informed that charges apply for additional work outside the scope of the original estimate, agreement or contract. Such additional work may be a rusted pipe hidden underneath another appliance or fixture which is only discovered in the course of the job execution. Such additional problem may affect job completion or result in a major disaster in the future, in which case the customer is expected to pay additional charges for repairs or replacement as the case may be.

I've lost count of how many times our kitchen drain clogged and how many times we invited a plumber over for same issue. We been having this same problem for forever. It's an old house (over 100 yrs) The plumber from Portland Plumbing Plus spent some time to trace the drain pipes, then found that our kitchen sink has been draining into the sump pump in our basement. That's the problem. We called Portland Plumbing Plus to repair a clogged kitchen sink and it turned out to be a miracle. Who would have thought that the problem we been having for years is as a result of wrong plumbing. All we needed was a repipe. P3 installed the lines properly and the clogging problem disappeared. We used to call a plumber frequently for clog issues but not anymore. We just celebrated 9 months of no clog. Wow! this is like a miracle! |
