Free Estimate Policies
* Portland Plumbing Plus gives free estimates via three means: Telephone, Online and In-person. However, if the customer fails to be present at job site or shows up 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time for a physical evaluation, we charge an hourly rate for the time wasted. Time is precious to you and to us, please let's make it count.
* We schedule free in-person estimates depending on the area we are working at on a particular day. This means that when we are working in your neighborhood, we are happy to stop by your house/business/property on our way to or from our current job to look at the plumbing problem or project and give a free estimate. If however a customer needs expedited estimate, our hourly rate will apply. So please, note that we charge our hourly rate for all requests of express in-person estimate.
* Note that in some rare cases, flat rate estimates/quotes/bids given on phone or online may not be 100% accurate since we are not physically present to look at the job. But be assured that our plumbing rates and top quality services are unbeatable.
* We give upfront bids and are dedicated to fulfilling our obligations according to the terms of our agreement/contract with the customer. Please be informed that charges apply for additional work outside the scope of the original estimate, agreement or contract. Such additional work may be a rusted pipe hidden underneath another appliance or fixture which is only discovered in the course of the job execution. Such additional problem may affect job completion or result in a major disaster in the future, in which case the customer is expected to pay additional charges for repairs or replacement as the case may be.

I had a pipe leaking in my kitchen which started pouring out water. I surfed around and got a hold of this company. When I called, I got his voice-mail and left a message. I became impatient when I didn't hear back from him immediately so I called other plumbers. All of the other plumbers had trip and emergency prices attached but I didn't mind because I should have fixed the pipe when it was just dripping water but I kept procrastinating until it turned into an emergency. While I was still on the phone with one of the plumbers, someone called me back from P3 and gave the best quote with no trip or emergency attached. That was really excellent and unexpected so P3 got the job and came out promptly to fix the problem. I am highly satisfied with his service and his price is just awesome.
